TriSource Solutions Announces Long-Term Processing Agreement with Chesapeake Bank

TriSource Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of payment processing services to Banks and Independent Sales Organizations announced today that it has signed a long-term agreement with Chesapeake Bank. Under the agreement, Chesapeake will utilize the TriSource proprietary clearing and settlement platform for processing their merchant card transactions. They will also utilize the TriSource system to support and enhance their current internal underwriting, data entry, customer support and risk functions. Additionally, TriSource will provide transaction settlement services with the Payment Card Brands, merchant billing and funding, reporting services and full service chargeback/dispute processing. Chesapeake will also be providing BIN sponsorship services for other TriSource processing clients.

“TriSource is very excited to begin our relationship with the Chesapeake Bank merchant acquiring team,” said Henry Harp, Managing Partner of TriSource Solutions. “We are proud that Chesapeake has reviewed all the options available to them and have chosen us as their service provider. We look forward to completing their conversion over the next several weeks,” stated Harp.

“Chesapeake Bank takes pride in truly owning the process of finding suitable payment solutions for servicing merchants in the bank’s Virginia footprint,” said Kate Root, VP/Managing Director of Chesapeake Payment Systems, a division of Chesapeake Bank. “We are very unique to have earned the Card Associations’ memberships and ability to sponsor other merchant payment providers as well. We believe TriSource will be a great partner for us,” stated Root.

TriSource Solutions Announces Long-Term Processing Agreement with Bridgeway Payment Systems

TriSource Solutions, a leading provider of payment processing services to Banks and Independent Sales Organizations announced today that it has signed a long-term agreement with Bridgeway Payment Systems to provide merchant processing services for Bridgeway Payment’s direct merchant and agent bank portfolios.

Bridgeway Payment Systems’ goal is to bridge a service-focused, partner-friendly processing experience with smart and innovative technology in order to better service its clients. Additionally, Bridgeway Payment Systems has assembled a team of known industry veterans to operate its new venture bringing instant credibility to its firm.

“After an exhaustive search of most payment processors, we have chosen TriSource Solutions as our partner,” said William Alias III, CEO of Bridgeway Payment Systems. “The quality of the people at TriSource, their commitment to superior service delivery, the effectiveness of their processing platform and their competitive pricing were key factors in our decision. At Bridgeway Payments, we want the ability to run our own program without the need to invest in processing services. TriSource makes that very easy for us. We feel we have a true processing partner rather than a vendor providing us a third party service.”

“We are thrilled Bridgeway Payment Systems chose TriSource Solutions as their processing partner,” said Tom Dunn, President of TriSource Solutions. “Bridgeway has a robust and ever-expanding business model, including numerous, diverse sales channels. Each of these channels require unique levels of support, and we believe the flexibility of our processing system will enable Bridgeway to focus on what it does best. Our system provides unparalleled reliability, having never missed a clearing window since launching the platform over 20 years ago and we are far more nimble in bringing new features and services to our clients.”
